General FAQ

Inventory Updates:

Some of our products are made in limited batches. We may not have items in stock at all times.  We receive new inventory from our collaborating brands on a monthly basis.  Inventory "drops" will be shared on our social media (IG and FB) and to our email list.  Contact us if interested in a specific item so you can be added to that list.

We do not do pre-orders and we do not put items on hold.  We only process a sale if an item is in stock and available to ship.  All sales are first come first serve basis.  Our inventory drops will have a specific time and date they will go live on our site.  

Shipping:  

We ship out of a fulfillment warehouse in NV.  Will Call or local pick ups are not available.  Large items cannot ship immediately so please allow ample time for processing and delivery.  We do not do rush or next day delivery orders(no exceptions).   We schedule freight shipping once a week so please allow a few days for those orders to process and ship.  All freight is ground only, no rush shipments. 

Please allow 24-48 hrs for smaller in stock items to ship.  We also use ONLY ground shipping for this.  No rush(express, next day or 2nd day air) shipments.  

Shipping Cost:

Large items that use freight shipping may not have shipping cost built into the payment as they require custom freight quotes to certain shipping locations.  You will receive a separate invoice requesting payment for the shipping cost after your purchase online.   You can request shipping price quotes before hand if interested in certain products.   Email us your destination address and the product you are interested in for exact quotes.   Shipping quotes are valid for 7 days.  If your shipment date is past that, please use the quote as an estimated cost.  Freight shipping pricing is dynamic and does change daily.  We will try our best to honor the same quotes for future dates, but please be advised that we have no control on freight cost fluctuations.
