Why can't I complete checkout when ordering?
We only have certain countries and locations added to our automatic shipping calculator. If you want to place an order and it says not available to ship in your area, please email us and we will manually check the shipping rate to your delivery address.
How are bumpers and hoods shipped?
Large products like hoods and bumpers require freight shipping. We can't use UPS, FedEX or USPS to ship products of that size. They are oversized and require different shipping services through companies like ABF, R&L Carriers, etc.
Why cant we calculate shipping(for freight items) when we place an order on the website?
Pricing on freight shipping is dynamic and can change daily. Since there are almost a dozen different freight companies we use, we prefer to call and find the best rate to your destination rather than charging a flat rate price. We charge you what we pay for freight shipping.
Why am I charged UPS or USPS when I'm ordering a combination of small products and large freight items?
Our website calculates small items separately to ship. So you may be charged for UPS shipping to ship bumper lamps but the freight charges for a bumper or hood will not be calculated in the total. Since we will ship everything all together by freight. We will minus what you have already been charged for UPS or USPS to the total cost of the freight shipping, when we send you the shipping invoice.
If the invoice shows UPS cost $20. And we find out the total to ship freight to your address for the large items is $350. We will send you the freight invoice of $330.00 since we will credit that $20 you have already paid for when initially placing your order.
How do I find out shipping cost?
Please email us at ffmotionusa@gmail.com or fill out the contact form at our home page. Provide your delivery address and we'll get you a shipping quote to the products you're interested in. Quotes are usually good for 7 days. If longer than 7 days, theres a high possibility the rates will still be similar in the near future. But please understand that freight shipping is dynamic and can change depending on the volume of shipments routing to that area.
